RETURN POLICY

You can make a return within 14 days of placing your order for a refund.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or the start a return page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund. If you receive an email that your request is not approved your item is excluded from returns or past the return period and item(s) can not be returned.

Full Return Policy 

Instructions: 

  1. If your return is approved you will receive an email with instructions. The approval email is your Self-Postage-Return Slip. Print it and include in the package and send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice within 14 days from creating your return authorization. The customer is obliged to pay postage and is responsible for any returns. Make sure you put your ( sender’s ) address on the label or parcel.
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been issued. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only within 14 days after your return is received.
  3. Self-postage Returns are subject to return shipping fees and reverse duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer when choosing this method. We recommend insuring your package and contacting our Customer Service at info@lepetittom.nl with the tracking number once shipped.
  4. Item(s) must be new, unworn, and unwashed in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached.

  6. Exchange? Need other size or color? Simply place a new order online and check out. You can check availability immediately.

Excluded from returns:

  • Cosmetics, earrings, hair accessories, underwear and swimwear are not able to be returned due to health reasons unless faulty or wrongly received. ( as an exception swimwear can be tried on only by putting on own underwear first)  
  • Perfume can only be returned if seal is unbroken.            
  • Custom Made Merch/ Printed Merch, Customized Goods & Goods Made to Order.
  • Gift items which you have received/ chosen with your order because your purchase was above a certain amount need to be returned together with your return. They are part of the purchase order contract and are noted on your invoice. If the gift item is not returned together with your return, we will deduct the gift amount from your refund. 
  • Gifts we send you as a surprise you are welcome to keep. 
  • For Netherlands and some EU countries free shipping is applied when purchase is €200 or more. If you are returning part of your order making the final purchase below that €200, free shipping is not valid anymore and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund ( Free shipping is not valid below €200 and applied for Netherlands and some EU countries only) 

Cancel
Canceling an online order is not possible, as the shipping process starts immediately after placing an order. You can use any returns after receipt, if that is desirable.
