Application

• Using an angle brush, start from the inner corner of the eyelid, drawing a line near the base of your lashes to avoid a gap between your lashes and the liner
• Near the outer eyelid, thicken the line and draw an eyeliner flick to your preference and eye shape

CARE INSTRUCTION TIP : After unpacking just hang your DOLLY tutu on a hanger, form by hand to get her final shape. 

Before use we recommend to rinse in water or simply shake off any particles that may have statically remained from cutting the fabric, which is considered normal. It is because your item is new and handmade. Dry on hanger. Fluff up to get the fullness of the tutus.
