Application

• Outline your lips starting from the top corner. Draw towards the center, either following your natural lip shape, or draw slightly over the outer edge for a fuller lip and a natural pout
• Begin to fill in your lips to create a base for your lipstick to apply smoothly

Use this chart as a guide. If in between sizes go up a size. DOLLY items run true to size and many are stretchy or elastic. Depending on style, pattern, children growth and bodies being different individually items may run bigger or smaller. Need an adult size DOLLY Pettiskirt? Our size Large also fits Lady size 34/36 and size Teen also fits Lady size 38/40 because of the stretchy elastic waist.

CARE INSTRUCTION TIP : After unpacking just hang your DOLLY tutu on a hanger, form by hand to get her final shape. 

Before use we recommend to rinse in water or simply shake off any particles that may have statically remained from cutting the fabric, which is considered normal. It is because your item is new and handmade. Dry on hanger. Fluff up to get the fullness of the tutus.
